  • The YFL counterweight hydraulic control slow closing butterfly valve mainly consists of valve body, drive system, hydraulic power station, hammer energy storage mechanism, locking device, electrical control system;
  • According to hydraulic transition process principle, the YFL counterweight hydraulic control slow closing butterfly valve cooperates with the pipeline main valve through electro hydraulic control program to realize the pipeline cut-off automatically, eliminate the pipeline water hammer and ensure the pipeline system work safely;
  • The static energy of counterweight is the source of power closing the valve close automatically;
  • PLC intelligent control system can be added with manual operating equipment and automatic locking device under request;
  • There are triple offset multilayer metal seal and rubber seated soft seal for this valve;
  • For triple offset multilayer metal seal, the disc seal ring is stainless steel with graphite, and the body seat is stellite overlaid;
  • For double offset rubber seat soft seal, the disc seal ring is abrasion resistant NBR, and the body seat is copper alloy or stainless steel.
