  • The YFL high performance butterfly valve with double offset design makes the valve disc separate from the body seat promptly when open, substantially eliminates unnecessary extrusion and scraping, reduces the operate torque, reduces the abrasion of seat and disc seal ring, extends the service life;
  • The YFL double offset butterfly valve can adopt multilayer metal seal to stand higher temperature thanks to much less extrusion and scraping, but the sealing face of disc and seat is still line contact, the seal performance is achieved by elastic deformation of seat caused by extrusion from valve disc, so it still can’t stand very high pressure;
  • The YFL double offset butterfly valve can be rubber seated or PTFE seated to achieve excellent soft seal performance.
