• The YFL PFFY and PPFW slab gate valve are designed on basis of PFF slab gate valve. PFFY is hydraulic operated and PFFW is with a lower indicator;
• No rubber seat, seal between bonnet & body and disc & body are all metal seal to meet wellhead working conditions of high pressure, high H2S and high risk;
• Front seal for PFF slab gate valve and Back seal for PFFA slab gate valve;
• Both sides of disc are overlaid with Ni60 or tungsten carbide to be wear resistant and anti-corrosive;
• Seat seal face is overlaid with stellite to be abrasion resistant;
• Stem back seal structure makes the stem seal ring can be changed under pressure;
• Sealant injection valve on one side of bonnet increases the sealing and lubrication performance of disc and seat;
• Lower indicator makes the disc vertical and reduces the operate torque.
