Installation and Maintenance

1.Before installing,make sure whether the identification and appplicable working situation of the valve is according with the spot condition.

2.Make sure the flow direction of the service and the label arrow indicated direction on the valve body are the same.                                                                                                                                                          3.The pipeline and the inside of valve should be cleaned when installing,especially solid dirt is not allowed on the seat.                                                                                                                                                   4.Carry out the on and off test before installing.

5.Valve should be stored in dry and ventilated room,and both ends of the valves should be covered to keep inside of valve clean,and valve should be in full open or close position.

6.If valve is deposited for a long time,valve should be checked regularly,flange face should be painted antirust oil to avoid rusting.

Notes:

1.When valves are stored,ball valve should be in open position,however gate valve,globe valve,check valve,choke valve should be in close position.

2.For globe valve,the direction of flow should be upward from disc,and lift type check valve should be only installed horizontally.

3.For ball valve,gate valve,globe valve,they should be operated by full open or full close,regulating application is not allowed,or the high speed flow will  accelerate erosion of the seal face.

4.Operating  handwheel  clockwise,the valve will be closed,whereas open.
