    The SV Corrosive resistant fluorine lined control valve has its inner cavity of the valve body, plug, stem coated with 3mm thickness fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) to be resistant to all chemical fluid corrosion (including concentrated sulfuric acid, alkali and chloroazotic acid).

    The SV intelligent jacketed insulation control valve is mainly used for thermal insulation.

  • The SV fluorine lined control valve has double sealing structure with PTFE bellows seal and packing seal;
  • When the PTFE bellows seal fail, the packing seal is the secondary seal;
  • Compact structure, small volume, light in weight, excellent corrosion resistance;
  • Equipped with multi-spring pneumatic reinforce actuator makes the valve realize the conversion of normal close and normal open on site easily, the springs can be effectively protected from the corrosion to prolong the service life of actuator;
  • The actuator and the intelligent valve positioner are connected pipeless to strengthen the shock resistance, stability and precision adjustment, to meet precise control of the working conditions;
  • The SV jacketed insulation control valve fills the heat medium into the gap between valve body and metal jacket to keep thermal insulation and prevent fluid crystallization occurring and increasing of viscosity, which due to the temperature is decreasing.
